Fitzgerald Fostering approached Onward to refresh their website, as the previous site was outdated, did not reflect the company’s true essence, and lacked mobile responsiveness. While maintaining their existing logo identity and colours, which held value in terms of brand equity, Fitzgerald Fostering aimed to attract more foster carers to start their carer journey with them. Onward incorporated a vibrant yellow colour as the main theme throughout the brand imagery, symbolising the company’s carers as a welcoming beacon for vulnerable children. Additionally, a series of online advertising campaigns were developed to help increase inquiries from adults interested in beginning the process of becoming a foster carer.
