Challenge

Onward worked closely with property developer Urban Fern to help market an inspiring newly designed £2 million property in Woking Surrey. Naming the property was the first consideration for Onward taking a lead from the property’s location near local heath land. Exterior and interior CGI’s were commissioned to help visualise the final build for the sales material, as the property construction had not commenced upon our initial briefing. We created a contemporary identity to reflect the physical nature of the property, whilst retaining the building’s historical design references.
